Collage Essay

  We know people will influence us by our relationship with them. The closer the relationship , the bigger influence they have. So the families will be the people who have the greatest influence to you.

  My grandmother established a small restaurant 30 years ago. At the started her restaurant was just a small tricycle. Customers had to bought the food and ate them by squatted on the road.  But now she has her own middle restaurant just by herself.  In China there are many different kinds of restaurants the competition is really hard. And she can set up her own restaurant just by herself.

  How can she became successful ? Because she is really good at cooking. Any people who had tried the food she cooked will want to come again and again,which her restaurant became famous in our hometown .Sometimes some people tried to became her trainee and study how she can cook very well. Although they always trained with her step by step , they never made a food as delicious as hers. Her practice was always strict ,like rice must steamed more than 42 minutes , green onion must cut at 1 centimeter , vegetables must through boiling water 3 second before fou fry it . If you did not this did this she will make you do it again and again until you can do it to her standard. In my memory ,there are many people who had tried to be her trainees but some of them were just can stick half one day . But what ever they did ,when they left , my grandmother told them “ what ever you do in the future , remember tried it to acme , you should tried to be a great muster in your job not just to be a normal worker.

  The sentence has always stayed in my brain. One day i asked her what this sentence meant. She told me every job are in same class. What ever you did you should to love your job and always tried to be better. Don’t think job was just a way to get money. If people can do one thing as a great master they will got respect from the whole society. Work is also a way to improve yourself.

  This is a really important lesson in my life. I believe it will became a really important guide in my future life.
