                                                       Review on The Interview

The Interview directed by Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen is possibly the first ever movie to put the viewer at risk. The Interview is a movie about an interviewer and his producer getting access to interview the feared North Korean Dictator, played by Randall Park.  The FBI quickly finds out about the access that interviewer, Dave skylark (played by James Franco) has to the supreme leader and comes up with a way to get rid of the North Korea Dictator. At first the Dictator is not who he seems to be, but turns out to be what you may call a party animal. The movie takes a few twist and turns along the way.

This movie was first put online for the people to watch and later put in theaters like planned. I took the easy way and watched the movie online for free. Right from the start i could see so clearly how North Korea officials were so angered by this film. In the movie the mission at hand is to kill the North Korea leader. If i was the dictator, i would be furious if there was a comedy made around the idea of trying to kill me. But it was still pretty funny.

The movie opens up with Dave Skylarks show, in this episode they were interviewing Eminem. Eminem reveals a very big and surprising secret that he thought was obvious to everyone around the world. This secret was that he was gay. In real life Eminem may be the farthest thing from gay if you have listened to his song lyrics. Below is Dave Skylarks reaction to hearing the truth to Eminem's sexuality.

The biggest shocker to me in this film was the personality of the Dictator. When Dave Skylark first meets him, he confesses his love for Dave's show. They go on to hang out all day. This starts with a nice simple lunch and ends with them riding in a tank shooting missiles, listening to Katy Perry, while enjoying the company of woman in lingerie. This may be considered a SPOILER so if u haven't yet seen this film skip down, This party animal personality that the Dictator has is all a lie. It was just a cover so Dave would not find out about the horrible truth of North Korea.

For the ending to this hilarious film you have to watch it to find out. This Comedy and surprising action packed film is a great one if you want a movie to make you laugh so much it hurts. Randall Park plays the role of the crazy Dictator to perfection. This movie was the a risk of watching that i do not regret. I give this movie a 9 out of 10 stars.
